Following are the terms and conditions by Ecoshopper.


Orders will be sent via Australia Post or Fastway couriers. Please allow up to 3 - 14 working days for delivery. We have also found that most couriers will not phone you to tell you the exact time your order will be delivered (even when asked) as it varies day to day. They usually deliver between 8:30am - 4:30 pm, which is why we recommend your items being sent to a work address. Please allow 2 days processing time for some stocked items but most orders leave same day.

Free Freight

Items displaying this Free Freight icon will be delivered to your door for Free! If you don't see the Free Freight icon, then there will be a small delivery charge. Free Freight quite often will not be insured, as insuance is extra. If you wish to have insurance on your Free Freight, please contact us.We will send items through the cheapest way.

Remote locations not included (such as WA, NT and other remote locations)

Ecoshopper reseves the right to withdraw this offer at any time with or wthout notice.

Free Postage

This goes via Australia Post - Standard.

Registered post and Express post is an extra cost.                                                                                     

Orders generally leave at 2:00pm daily so if you need an item asap, make sure it is ordered by 1pm (please call 02 4933 5905) to ensure there is stock of the item and to get an estimated time of arrival.

Express post service is for items under 5kgs!

P O Boxes
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes via Courier, ONLY AUSTRALIA POST so we suggest if you are not going to be at home, have your goods sent to your work. Someone needs to be present at your shipping address to sign for your goods.

Do you take International orders?
Sorry, we do not take international orders, we only sell and ship around Australia at this point in time.

Can I pick up at warehouse?
As we are an internet based business hours vary and appointments can be made regarding pickups of goods, just call 4933 5905.

How can I track?                                                                                                           

Check your email and you will have been sent a tracking number, input the number into either Fastway or Australia post's Track & Trace engine.

What if I am not at home?

Australia Post and Fastway couriers will leave a calling card in your mail box so you can pick up from local post office/depot or arrange for re-delivery.

Can I ask the for courier to leave at front door?

Yes this is possible. Only do so at your own risk.Couriers do not accept responsibility for this.

Online sales are to Australia ONLY. We do not trade or ship internationally. As a security measure, Ecoshopper ONLY ACCEPTS CREDIT CARDS FROM AUSTRALIAN INSTITUTIONS.

Your credit card is NOT charged instantly as we manually run them through credit checks to make sure they are not fraudulent cards, which keeps our costs down so we can pass the savings on to you! Credit cards are only processed during Mon - Friday (9 - 5pm).

Direct Deposit / Bank Transfer

Please email us a copy of the bank receipt to ensure your payment is promptly processed.
Our bank details will be automatically forwarded to you when you select this method in your cart.

If your item is damaged we are happy to either swapped for a new one or Offer Store Credit at our discretion
We will not exchange any item if you simply change your mind, so please shop with care. All products must be returned as new, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. The following procedure must be undertaken.

1. E-mail info@ecoshopper.com.au with your name, invoice number, product name, reason for return and request for replacement, exchange or refund for store credit.
2. You will be issued with a Return Authorisation Number (R.A.N.) which is to be written on the outside of the returned package. At the same time you will be given the address to return the package to.
3. Freight prices cannot be refunded.All information gathered will be held in confidence.

Ecoshopper wants you to be satisfied with everything you purchase from our store.

Ecoshopper understands that Internet shopping is different from conventional shopping. Therefore we are committed to providing the best products and service possible.

If your ordered item is out of stock, you will be contacted by Ecoshopper.

Ecoshopper will not be responsible for any typographical errors or errors in illustrations, price, pictures or descriptions. All prices are subject to change without notice. All retail prices listed are those as printed by the wholesaler/manufacturer. All discounts are calculated from these published price lists which can and may change at any given time.

Small items will be sent via Australia Post or (Express). If the item is too big for your letter box, they will leave a card in your letter box for you to collect it at the Post Office. Larger items will be sent via courier and need to be signed for. If you are not going to be at home during the day, we suggest you use an alternative address such as your work.

Ecoshopper takes no responsibility if you supply us with an incorrect shipping address. If a product is damaged, please return it to us with postage paid, within 7 days of receipt and we will exchange the item(s) or issue you with store credit.
